At Pink Dot, we want you to love every purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on most items. All returned products must be in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email or through the portal.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original box, attach the shipping label, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
